Assemble one cabinet (Sides, Top, Bottom, Brace)
Sides: flush route excess material on top and bottom.
Temporary attach the 18mm thick piece of the baffle to the box and route to final dimension.
Glue 12mm piece to 18mm for final thickness of the Baffle.

Assemble second cabinet (Sides, Top, Bottom, Brace)
Glue second 12mm piece to 18mm for final thickness of the Baffle.
Flush route first Baffle and round over edges.
Attach Back pieces with screws only and flush trim to box dimensions.

| Attach Top and Bottom to Brace with screws only. Clamp one Side to final position, aligning edges. Make sure Brace stays square to Top and Bottom and Side extends enough for routing. Drill holes, counter sink, screw in place, repeat three more times. |

| Remove screws, apply glue and screw back together. |

| Trim Sides on top and bottom |

| Temporary attach Front Baffle (two screws) and trim to box dimensions |

| Attach trimmed 18mm Baffle piece to 12mm piece |

Backs trimmed to box and finished (to be glued in place when crossovers are installed)
One Baffle trimmed to final size and front edges round over (just propped on box ready for driver openings). |
